Imagina un <strong>bacalao confitado a baja temperatura<\/strong> , tierno y jugoso, acompa\u00f1ado de una <strong>espuma de queso Idiazabal<\/strong> que le aporta un toque ahumado y una cremosidad irresistible. Y por \u00faltimo, una reducci\u00f3n de Pedro Xim\u00e9nez que a\u00f1ade una dulzura sutil y equilibrada.
